The dedicated SE CPP Expert System
has been designed for Consolidated Precision Products Poland LLC. The CPP Poland is part of the global company named Consolidated Precision Products, based in the USA. Assist analytical and decision-making processes in the production of aircraft engine parts made from nickel and cobalt superalloys in the precision casting process. Two precision foundries in Rzeszów manufacture cast parts for the world's most sophisticated aircraft engines.
The SE CPP
is a comprehensive consultancy-type expert system covering many aspects of production support and technological processes analysis. The SE CPP is a scalable modular type of software built from a series of independent programmes (modules) using a common Database. It is composed of such modules as:
SE CPP Modules
- Technology definitions - which allows defining a specific production technology by arranging a sequence of consecutive processes described by parameters of unit technological operations.
- Production unit tracking - which allows monitoring of a production unit in the form of a single part, starting from the moment the wax casting models are made, up to the completion of the final inspection.
- Quality gateway - which performs tasks related to the acquisition, processing, analysis and presentation of measurement data and its adjustment for the needs of other system modules.
